Together, we will explore what’s bringing you in while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself. Sessions may incorporate psychotherapy, somatic awareness, life coaching, and Reiki when appropriate and aligned with your goals.

Over eight sessions, we’ll create space to understand where you are, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and develop a path toward where you want to go. Depending on your goals and the service you are receiving, our work may integrate psychotherapy, life coaching, somatic practices, narrative approaches, and Reiki.

We will work together to create an experience that feels supportive, grounded, and meaningful to you.

Insurance is not accepted. Services are offered on a cash-pay basis.

All healing packages must be utilized within six months of purchase.
