Session logistics
What to expect
In person or online
Choose in-person sessions in Sanford, Maine or online sessions, based on what feels most supportive and accessible.
Session length
Individual sessions are typically 60 minutes. Initial intake and extended sessions are 90 minutes.
Cash-pay practice
Insurance is not accepted. Services are offered on a cash-pay basis.
Package timing
All healing packages must be utilized within six months of purchase.

Helpful information before you begin
Cancellation policy
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. If a session is canceled within 48 hours of its scheduled time, the full session price applies and no credit or refund will be issued.
Accessibility
If you need an accommodation or have questions about access for in-person or online sessions, please share that in your inquiry or reach out before your appointment.
